What's the estimate of gay people in hollywood.

Just recently I logged on to msn.com to find that Ex-'Doogie Howser'star Neil Patrick Harris was gay I dont have anything against gays, but who would have thought. So my question is how many more actors and actress would you guys estimate are out there.

who knows, it almost seems as if it's cool to be gay now? to each it's own

I'm sure there are a lot of gay individuals in hollywood. There definitely was in the past, but it was all hush-hush and taboo back then. I had a book that listed a bunch of the old actors/actresses from the 50's etc..and I was shocked at some of them..and so was my mom. hehe.
