call center situations

hi! ive been a call center supervisor for 5 months for an insurance company. the thing is i am not receiving the supposedly salary to be given to supervisors. when i talked to the upper management, they just asked me to "wait". im really hesitant to take this case in court, because i currently have a training bond with the company.. any advise, guys? thanks!

hi, have you tried asking help from HR? I think human resources management would be more sensitive to your grievance. Just a thought, Cheers :)
