Hello, I am starting this discussion for 2 reasons. 1.) I am offering mylot user a way to contact a pc expert for free, if you have any computer problems, please post them on this or other discussions of mine that I will start. I will try my best to help you with your questions or problems. I have many years of experience servicing and maintaining computers. 2.) I run the website wvgeekforce.com and I may use some of the questions and my answers on this website. Of course I will not use any personally identifiable info from anyone. -Jason
