It's not the yoghurt that's good for you; it's the live cultures in the yoghurt. If you go to a healthfood store, you should be able to find acidophilus tablets that contain the 'good stuff' in yoghurt without the milk. I'm allergic to milk, as well as lactose intolerant, and can't eat yoghurt without bloating and some rather uncomfortable gastric issues. The acidophilus caps are much easier and much less unpleasant!

oh,you beat me. i can't tell why. and one suggestion here, type the topic on the first line, like "is yogurt bad or good for health?" instead of "i have a question". you are not a student here, honey.

hi refugee, yes yogurt is good for our health. i used to eat it with fruits like papaya, banana, pineapple. the best is plain yogurt. but yogurt is a little bit acid. you should add a little bit salt before eating it.
