how du u brush your teeth

du u brush towards both sides and leave it or du u brush from top to bottom also, the dentist says it si good to do to the sides as well as fro mtop to bottom, but the brisdtles of my brush are always soft so the top to bottom brsuhing doesnt work well, what shd i do

Brushing teeth should start by from to bottom first and then towards the end it should be sideways. While brushing top to bottom, it is better to use circular motion so that it does not hurt your gums.

hmmm,i always brush from top to bottom,sometimes left to right,it is just rarely.
yeah,i alao prefer hard brisdtles of my brush.
