i personally hate arguing or confrontation of any kind because i get emotional, more than usual anyway. so what i try to do is just walk away and cool off so that i can talk rationally, my bf doesnt like it because he just wants to get the argument over with. always remember not to name call, and fight in the present, dont bring up things that happened two years ago. you have to learn also how to pick and choose your battles, not everything has to be an argument. i think in an argument what both sides want to do is just have their side be heard, so make sure you do that, dont jump to conclusions and just listen. also make sure to apologize if you know you're wrong, dont let your pride win. just let the person you're with know that you love them and that you care about the relationship and making it work.

thats almost how i do it, but i never walk away.. if i'm flaming, i shut up... if its too much, i usually start crying like its automated. it's better to not talk about the problem while both, or even one of you, is still on the verge of anger, right? 'cause when you're mad, you forget how to choose the words to let out, really. :)

The best thing to do is to fight, argue and forget. Arguments are healthy and keep spice in our lives. If there is love and understanding in the relationship, then it wont affect the couple. Try not to shout each other down, be rational in your reasoning and be understanding. Easier said than done, but do try it.

I am not sure yet because I have never fought with my fiance yet. SO when we do I will tell you how we made up.

good for you, though sometimes its frightening because you'll never know what's the worst he could do in case he blows up with too much anger. but still... hahaha...
