Undertime...

I'm filing undertime at work today. I'm sick. My tonsilitis is gone but now i have colds. Bummer. I guess thi is what happens if stress kicks in, Whew. What about you? do you get sick when you're under too much stress?

Stress does weaken the body's immune system. You have a good rest my friend. No point in overdoing it. It will only take a bigger toll on you.

I usually end up with a migraine and then get sick right after... I try to remain calm and collected all the time, but I guess the stress still gets to me subconciously. most people who know me well know that I get sick a lot more when I'm unhappy in life or whatever...
