Do you like to listen to Ghazals

I like to listen all kinds of music like Jazz, Rock, Indian Film Songs, Western & Indian Classical. I also like all forms of music like Vocal and Instrumental. But I like listening to Ghazals the most. My favorite Ghazal singers are Jagjit Singh, Mehndi Hasan, Talat Mehmood, Mohd.Rafi and Ghulam Ali. I always find Ghazals to be very near to my life and heart. Do you also like to listen Ghazals and what do you think about it, please tell.

Hi ashnigam. Though i don't listen to Jazz. But i love sufi music and ghazals. Though, mostly i listen to sufi music. Rahat fateh ali khan, nusrat fateh ali khan are my fav. But sometime i love listening to Jagjit singh.

Hello ashnigam. It's nice to see someone with so varied music tastes. I also like listening Indian classical music, including Ghazals. My favorite would be Ghulam Ali in this regard. Ghazals do have a healing power I guess, as I feel it working on my tired mind after a real hard-fought day.
