Whats the trick?? (PTC Site question)

Okay so I have 2 sites I LOVE LOVE LOVE to use... I dont even know what the payout is on them but I have fun so I do them.. .lol. (if you want the links add me & pm me!! ) BUT My question is this... How can we both be clicking at the same time ( I am assuming ) & they get 2000 clicks already when I am barely pushing 300? I know I am doing other things at the same time between mylot, those 2 sites & sometimes browsing other sites.. But I might just miss them coming ready to click for the next one by a second or 2? (well more now because I am typing this LOL) So Anyways.. How are they getting so many clicks? Do they count their referral clicks too? I am sorry I am new at all this so lol.. I havent even figured out how to promote my sites to get referrals LOL. I just went and made a notepad up with all my links on it.. well I think it is all of them lol. I added a few of them to 1 of the above mentioned sites.. Havent done that on my other sites yet but... Oh and I thought about adding them to my blog on blogger.com (or net? not sure what it is lol only been there once.. lol) SOOOO Anyways. Any tips you guys have I would love to hear!! IS there an easier way to PTC those sites & get money off them?? Which ones pay actual Money?? (Referrals are welcomed... Add me / then pm me!!) Ty guys!!
