This is very important. I see some people taking long to complete their food. I usually spend approx 15 min to complete my meal. But when i take non-veg. i take even longer and i might spend approx. to 30min. But it is very important that we complete the meal in less than 30min say doctors. and there needs to be atleast 2 hr gap between two eatings. I have learnt it and am trying to follow this. Share your experiences on this. How do you have your meals & what timings you follow?

I take approx 10 min to 15 minute to finish my meal when I'm in busy time. But if I have not in busy, I like to eat slowly and finish approx 15 minutes to 20 minutes. I also eat a less meal, so I finish it quickly. But for me, the standard time for finishing one meal is 20 minutes. Because we must do all thing as quickly as possible.

I usually complete my meal within 15 to 20 minutes. I dont rush either. I chew my food and take my time to eat.

i like to take my time when i'm eating. because i like to enjoy my food. i'm known as quite a fast eater by my friends due to the fact that i'm always the first to finish a meal. but it irritates me when someone eats really slowly and make others wait for them. happy mylotting! =)

I can't say that I really follow a set schedule. I eat when I get hungry and prepare meals for my son. However, I do take less than thirty minutes to complete a good meal.
