a student's look

in my school, we all have to wear uniforms except on wednesdays. on that day, we get the chance to wear anything we like that falls under the dress code of decency. =)
but i wanna know if there are still those peeps who judge a fellow student with how they look. like if one wears a pair of glasses, is that person tagged as the school nerd? if she wears the shortest skirt, is she the coolest girl? i don't know. do other students still think this way?

Of course. I think this is still the way things are. First impressions
last. And you are what you wear. You show your personality through
the clothes you wear.
But I don't worry too much about how I look. those that stand out
by wearing cool clothes are those that have strong personalities.

In my school we do not wear uniforms and only sometimes are people judged based on what they wear. As to the person who said that wearing uniforms is a good thing, there are many students throughout the world who would greatly disagree with that statement.

ya....this still goes on...and i tell u that in my place if a girl wears skirt ...then her day would be the worst...boys in my school are more desperate..( even me :D )....so we make sure we do not miss a chance to tease....in my school we have to wear school uniform all the five days and on sixth day that is Saturday we can wear anything....
Actually this type of culture is good and make our school children mingle with others...and develop their communication skills...so what was ur happiest moment in school days....

well, when i was younger i was not very much interested in clothes since i played soccer with the boys. they don't really mind what you wear when you're with them. it was really cool. haha. =)
but now that i'm older, i am more conscious now with how i dress...and the boys i grew up with laugh at the clothes i wear since i'm turning out to be such a girl. lol.

During my school time,I wear the uniform a bit lot because the uniform looks not very bad and even is comfortable.
