What do you advise I do?

We moved apartments sometimes ago and because we were unable to get some papers sorted out I could not collect back my deposit money for the accommodation am leaving behind but now I decided to get my money it became a situation, the agent to the owner of the property is refusing to return our deposit money in spite of having no reason to hold on to the money. What would you advise I do in this situation?

yeah... or a lawyer.. sometimes all you have to do is threaten to talk to a lawyer, but make sure you know there was nothing allowing that person to keep the money in the contract.

i already did that but it seems she doesnt want to be involved but i guess i will keep trying

well,these people can be something else when it comes to money but i will get the money come rain or shinme and i am poised for it
