Are you running out of patience with hyper active chilldren?

I love my kids so much, but sometimes i get to lose my temper when they seem so active. what shall I do to keep them behaving.

First how old are they? Next how hyper what are the signs.

5 and 2 years old, all boys, very energetic, and wants to always stay outside.
