I needed to lose weight !
I was always a person who was very thin and after a period that i was sick i gain a lot of weight ... i gain 30 kilo's.
Now with help of my wife i change some things:
1. in the morning i take a drink breakfast or some yoghurt in the morning
2. with lunch with work i didnt eat bread anymore but i was starting salade with dressing of vinagur ( i dont know if the spelling is good ) en brown sugar , salt en pepper , VERY TASTY
3. In the evening we are eating at 7.30 so that you are after dinner not hungry anymore
4. If you want to eat something in the evening try to do it before 9 o'clock and make for example your own popcorn is a lot less fat.
5. If you are hungry during you work take a cracker or something like that ... take the hunger away and you can keep on going
2 side effects : If you want to loose weight you will feel pain the hunger feeling and you can not eat then ... you need to let the pain come in to your stomach and wait till it will go away , because then it starting using the reserves of your body and that is what you want.
The Second side effect ( not really a side effect , but more something you need to do ) GO JOGGING at least 5KM a day , NOT WALKING , BUT JOGGING ON A NICE LEVEL , RECORD YOUR TIME AND TRY BEAT IT NEXT TIME AND DO THIS 5 DAYS A WEAK , i lost 15 kilo's in one month with it.

ok, i'll try this one but i know it needs hard work for that... What i'm doing now to lose weight, which is very easy, is that I'm drinking a glass of water before meals and whenever I'm hungry, instead of eating, i drink water. I lost 1 and a half lbs in 2 weeks. It's ok even if I dont lose much as you, at least i didn't have to jog to lose weight. (that's tiring!)

the problem is if you are drinking water if you are hungry that means that your body if not getting the calories that it needs and then your system of your body is changing if you then eat something that you are not eating in that periode then you gain more quick weight !
Thats also the most problem with dieeting .
sorry i need to say it but you can not lose weight without sports because you are not going to water en salade the rest of a persons life and like i said if you eat other things again then you gain so quick ... much quicker then losing weight and then you will get the shock effect with ..... oh man i can not lose weight because i loose it and it is so quickly back again.
