yes of course. theres all millions channels to a person promote herself. the person just have to be lucky, or talent or a good idea. and then the skill to handle the fame and staying there

I heard about that lonely15 girl. It was a hoax, she's actually 19 or something. A company hired the actress to play her and she became famous.
