I could slip with both esp when I am really tired. I myself, I prefer without lights. In that way i could save electricity , but because I have my kids with me, I just put on a dim lights. Because my youngest daughter sometime cry in the middle of the night screaming "I am blind mommy!" when she wake up lights off.
Maybe you could put eye mask so that you would no see the light. I just dont know if you could bear to sleep that way.

I sleep with my lights off but I fall asleep with my T.V on and just set my timer so it shuts off by itself
i can't really sleep with my light on anymore. I used to be able too but now i feel like it makes me hot? its weird and i will be going to bed soon.
I am tired.
I don't think having the light on is bad for your health... at least i don't see why it would be?

no, i do not. it does not affect me anyway. i am a boarder in a hostel with 3 more room mates. so every one has his own sleep and waking up time. so it does not put me in problem whether the lights are on or off.
