How do you guys manage your email messages, I mean your multiple account?
Say for example you have yahoo, gmail, webmail, etc. Are you accessing your email for these sites separately? It is a tedious process isn't it?
I was using Windows Live Mail for Vista and I would like to share the easiest way to manage those different email account.
If you are aware, those email account has the so called pop access and you can find it in your email account or preferences.
Everyday, I was just opening my Windows Live Mail program and I can show all the emails I have for different email accounts. So easy...
Let me know if you need help to set this up.

I have my back up email for each account that was saved to my PC.
You can configure the live mail applications to transfer all the emails from a certain account into your specific folder that was saved into your PC via Tools Message Rules.

We've got our domain name, and the bits I use redirect to gmail, which I use for 90% of my email. Don't bother with POP access at the minute, as I'm essentially lazy and Gmail is decent enough for what I do. I've a Yahoo account I never use. I've a POP server of my own over at silenceisdefeat that rarely gets used, along with the SSH shell and webspace. Given it's free forever, I don't feel particularly guilty about it sitting idle. If I'm signing up for anything, I use mailinator.

i have already done this thing with my yahoo and gmail accounts. most of my messages are directed to my gmail account. i set my gmail to send my incoming mails to my yahoo account. pop as you said can be done with outlook express, gmail can be access with outlook. but with yahoo, you have to be a paid or upgraded account before you can use pop. i guess pop is not available for free yahoo.
