How you do if your book's love has a hole middle it?

I actually HAVE a book missing about 7 pages in the middle. It's annoying because the book is hard to find, and therefore a replacement is impossible to get hold of. I've read it a couple of times, but I HATE that I'm missing a fight sceen right on those pages.

if it was my fav book or a book i've never read before. i will be really sad. especially if i'm reading halfway and the best part is gone because of the hole. happy mylotting!
