How can anyone possibly justify such kind of police brutality

An innocent mayor's house is violently busted by SWAT team who has no warrant and then the man's dogs are murdered. Few days later police say the mayor is innocent and that his address was used by the actual drug dealers.Also last friday police lied saying they took judge's warrant. Then this monday they say, 'actually there was no warrant'If they lied about warrant, then how can you believe they are saying truth that dogs attacked them and so they killed it?Also when they handcuffed the mayor, he said, 'i am the mayor' and the cops said, no you're not. get realThis only shows how much out of touch with reality the cops are. It is well known that no college degree is required to be cop, but its really unheard of that the intellect of those cops is such that they do not themselves know who the mayor is?
