how about to evaluate the new job?

This end month ,i'll change my job form the current position(production supervisor) to another company(production safety supervisor),i want to know how about to evaluate the new job and how about to start my new job,my heart is apprehensive,pls give me advise ahout the action.

i havn't change my job,because my job is found by one of my aunt,i don't let him sad,so i couldn't change a job.although i don't like this job.i feel stressful about this job,becasue i don't know what i do for my work.many people say that you will do nothing in organizations.but i really don't want to do nothing then to gain money,that will hurt my heart.
