Should i buy The Sims 2?

I know nothing about Sims myself so I can't help you with saying if there is much difference or worth getting it but I will say if you enjoy it then go for it. I'm sure there will be some difference and probably more fun.

I can't temp you in buying it, because i don't play the Sims because i was never interested in that game. If you really that game just buy it!! Have a beautiful day!

Gosh! Sims 2 are good, and I plan to play it today since I got an extra holiday (but it really depends on how my other projects go). I was talking to another mylotter earlier and discovered that Sims 3 will be out soon. Why don't you wait for the 3? Sims 2 are a lot better than Sims 1 and I have been enjoying it so far. But the new versions are released too quickly and I haven't really got enough time to explore all the features!

Sims 2 is more detailed and gives you much more control with building and creating. You are not as limited with space. (neighborhoods can have dozens of houses) You can really modify the faces and downloads allow you to add awesome clothes. It looks more real and the game play is more sensible. It is best if you are more interested in building than game play, which can get boring sometimes. Pets will randomly appear on your lot and you can adopt them with the pets expansion pack. You can even have your own car!

I would advise you to get the Sims 2 game, it is really a lot of fun to play. I am a Sims fan and I loved playing the first one, but now this second one is lot of fun. Give it a try.

Do it, do it, do it!!! I too used to play the Sims, and when the Sims 2 came out I was just amazed!! Graphics are way better, you can look everywhere with the camera, characters and much nicer and more customizable, objects are better and, of course, the whole game gets better. You don't just limit yourself to keep your sims from dying, they now have aspirations and wants... Anyway, buy it, you won't regret it. Then tell us how you like it :)
