television: Changing Channels

When I watch a certain show or movie on the television, I usually stick to just one channel. When commercial /advertisement inserts my show, I go to toilet or drink water, then return right away, waiting for my show until it ends. I got irritated with my sister yesterday when she watches television with me, she keeps on switching from one channel to the other, and I miss a few minutes of my show. Do you also keep on changing channels while the movie or show you are watching are on commercials?
