My Dr. thinks that i am now diabetic and i am so confused,aggrivated .....

I went to see my Dr. this morning for a follow up visit and she thinks that i am not diabetic! I am trying to lose weight and watching what i eat but i am not losing any weight. I can't take pills to help lose the weight because of my blood pressure and i lost 1 lb. in 3 weeks! i have to go for another blood test tomorrow morning (our health clinic is open on Sunday) and i guess that will deside my next step. Is it possible that because she thinks i'm diabetic,is that why i'm not losing weight? When i asked my dr. all she said was maybe!

I have a very good friend that is diabetic and she is really heavy but when she puts her mind to it she can lose wight. So thats probably not the reason your not losing weight.

I am just so frustrated on trying to figure out why! But i am not going to give up and i will beat this or live with it whatever the outcome is. Thanks for responding.

She is my new doctor. She is very thin herself and made me feel really bad. I have never been thin and she had enough nerve to make me a copy of a dr. who does hypnosis that i should conder that. i told her i don't have the extra money ($78.00) She told me but thats not alot! Maybe not for her but i have to worry about buying food for my family,i just couldn't believe it and i just walked out.
