An Energy Drink that's Healthy?

Finally! My parents are always telling me to never mess around with energy drinks, but sometimes I get so drowsy that I need some sort of boost so I have to go against their will. Can you link me to proof of such a claim so they believe me? And BTW this reminded me that I wanted to go to the local store, haha, thanks for that!
