stress relief

Ok, so I am full of stress, I am a bundle of stress all the time, I as a child was a worrier by nature. My mother blames my Type A personality for that. I work out to control my stress and I go to church and pray all the time and while i would go to counseling I am not a fan of medication, what else do people do for stress relief? I do yoga, I dont do scented things, skin is too sensitive, I dont do candles, my house burned down 2 years ago and I have a chronic fear now, so what else is out there for stress relief? I cant do a massage, I cant stand to be touched by strangers, not even a pedicure, I know I know, I am strange, but suggestions are welcomed!

What really helps me to relax and get some sleep at night when I am stressed out is melatonin and kava kava.
During the day, I go for long walks whenever possible, and take hot showers. Sometimes a hot shower soothes away all the tension.
