Oh, I love potato salad. Not the mustard one. I can't stand mustard at all, but down home potato salad. I don't have a particular recipe but could look around if you want one.

Try this version of potato salad with crab. I love crabmeat!
Crab Potato Salad Recipe
Enjoy this crab potato salad, made with green onions and mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS:
5 pounds red potatoes
1 onion, chopped fine
1 bunch of green onion, finely chopped
chopped pickles to taste (dill)
2 cups of mayonnaise (more if you like)
1 package dry ranch dressing
1 pound crabmeat
PREPARATION:
Peel and boil potatoes. Drain when tender; cool. Meanwhile, chop onions and pickles. Mix all ingredients well; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
This is very good with a summer sandwich or grilled chicken.
You can use imitation crab if you prefer.

Potato salad for sure. I make the best, ask my family.
For my dressing I use mayo, a little mustard, salt and pepper and a little bit of sugar. The sugar makes it taste so good. Sometimes I put a little pickle juice too. I like to also put cut up pickles in the salad. You can also put paparika or dill weed in the sauce. I never makes things the same way.

I like either one. My husband likes the potato salad with mayo and sourcream among other ingredients in it.
