Paypal To Alerpay

Hi,
Ive been searching on the internet a lot about how to transfer money from paypal to alertpay. It seems that there is no way for people to do it except for personal transfer or exchange. I really need $1 in my alertpay but only my paypal has a balance.
Would anybody willing to exchange $1 with me or at least teach me how to do it.
Dont worry, I will not cheat or trick, you can report me if i cheat.

I don't think I can help you with this. I am only using Paypal. I don't also know how to transfer but I don't think you can transfer any money if you will not transfer it manually.
