A veteran HYIP investor once said that the effective way to success and win at HYIP investment is to know the budget of the HYIP admin. I agree with this because a HYIP with a lot of budget tend to last longer. Therefore, we should know how to determine if a certain HYIP program has a lot of budget...the question is HOW?
