I think a reason for the previewing is to make sure the servers don't overload. Plus, it gives you a chance to look over your "quality" response...which is what everyone should be doing, not just the annoying "NO"s I see out there.

My wireless internet speed is 384 kbps, and my processor is 1.7 ghz. Even how fast it is but if there is checking in work, it's time consuming.
