I registered my dog, did everything that the council "Dog Control" instructed I do just to have my mate put down without no explaination, just cos I could not turn up like previous, however circumstances changed, neither the fact why register a dog that would eventually lead to him being put down without no real purpose, they knew I worked, I made contact with them as well as the council to make arrangements for him. Am I over reacting if so why should we/people who own dog then why should" we/people register our dogs". give me your comments on your thoughts about this dicussion.
