US Swimmer Michael Phelps Won the Gold in the 400 Meter Swimming Event!

In China in the World Olympics, Michael Phelps won his first gold with a flourish. He even broke his own world record. He did not disappoint his fans and millions of people watching all over the world on a live feed. Congratulations to him and to all olympic participants. Friendly competitions like this one should be encouraged to strengthen the bonds of world alliances and friendships. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think we should continue with these activities? or should we develop stronger relationships through other means? Your comment would be highly appreciated.

I agree. Olympic Game helps in development of world peace and harmony. People across the globe get to know each other better by staying with one another for a period of nearly a month. Michael Phelps's win is a great news. Keep us updating about Olympic.

yeah i think phelps helped alot in encouraging people to watch the olympic often increase in audience share.... or maybe he helped the olympics committee in encouraging people to watch the olympics live.... i believe there are more people watching the olympics compare the last 4 years in athens. That's because of the competetiveness of the athletes like phelps. Maybe all athlethes should be like him should have goals in every olympic game they join. =) good luck to phelps for his 8th gold medal tommorrow i know a lot of people will be waiting and watching for it =)
