Well seeing as China have the home town advantage and such a high number of participating athletes they may just close the gap considerably between them and the USA this time around. I don't think that they will beat them overall though. The USA has too large a team and always seems to lead the medal tally. Regardless though I have no doubt that China will do well because having the Olympics in their own country for sure will inspire the Chinese athletes even more than ever!
