collage maker

Does anyone know a good cheap program i can get to make collages. I can make them on adobe but I want a program that has a background and I can just add the pictures. Im looking for new things to do with my photos I can get pretty creative on adobe and now im ready to learn something new. If anyone can help please let me know.

Scrapbooking companies/stores sells premade collages that you upload to your computer and they have backgrounds and collages. It may be what you are looking for.
