who help you set up the system when your computer broken down?

Accutually speeking ,boys have advantage to girls in computer .It's so right
in my family! My brother has great gift in computer,so whenever we get trouble with
our computers ,we would turn to him .We used to asking him for help on computer .
There are times when he is unavalible and we need his help badly .So i decide
to learn some basic skills in case of emergence.It turns out to be quite useful .
Yesterday my computer broke down ,it needed resetting up system .But my
brother had been to another city to seek job.He can't begin to fly back .That's
impracticual.At the same time ,i need the computer to do work.I made up my mind
to reset up myself .
I have seen the whole procedure .But the memory is quite vague.Fortunately ,i
successfully made it .Maybe it's not so successful,many obstacles came up.I tried
to solve them .I picked up many valuable things during the process,as well as
experience.Now ,i can reset up system with easy.
So i want to say "be independent,trust youself ,you will find that you can do it too!"

i usually set up my computer on my own when its broke down , if the broke down is very serious i will call the company representative other than that i will just solve the solve problems on my own

I have a good set of friends who help me set my computer right. I also know a few things about it, but I usually don't take risk of doing something wrong which will finally end up in mess. So, to prevent that mess I call them up and they help fix my computer.

I always had problems with computers since I purchased my first PC in 2002, Since then I have suffered more than hundreds of problems related to a computer. Before I used to call up the service guy and he used to take away the CPU to his workstation. After then it was really a tension to call him and he usually didn't come on time and lot of my work got pending and suffered badly. So Once what happened was I just picked up the screwdriver and opened up my CPU and then everything changed from that day. I knew the basics because when I used to see while the service guy used to work, I would keep on asking questions, that what is this what is that and he would tell me. 
Slowly slowly I read tutorials over Internet and did my works by my own I knew what meant what in the CPU, I knew the long chip fixed right there was the RAM i knew below the Floppy drive was the Hard Drive. Slowly I knew every component of the PC as every component used to get malfunctions.
It was a slow process of 6 years and now I am able to solve problems that i didn't even face before coz possibly i have gone through every problem which a PC can suffer from. This is funny but relaxing for me that i can fix my pc as well as my laptop even.
