Cartoon Speech about Marriage...what is it from?!

Ok, so my brother got married last night. Before they came out the DJ played a hilarious little quote from I'm guessing a cartoon or some kind of comedy and it was a little cartoon voice that was talking about marriage. I don't even remember what it said but the little guys voice was a little messed up, he couldn't say his "r" words and it was so funny! Does this ring a bell to anyone?! What is this from?!
