how to lose weight after giving birth?

Well I am sure you have heard the saying losing weight starts in the kitchen and not the gym. You need to consistently eat healthy, avoiding alll the fatty and sugary foods. Then proceed to doing exercise. Things like yoga, the treadmill, walking outside, etc are good ways to start. Cardio is the best way.

Try yoga ... cause it is very light , enjoyable and done with the rhythm of the breath .. its very relaxing and nice .
