Would you pay $1 if you knew you would get $10 back?

I would like to know how much users would pay $1 to another member to view their website if you would get 10 views to your website and $10 back.
How many times would you do this in order to move your ratio from 10:1 to 50:1 or even 100:1 or how much would you pay to upgrade to this?
If at all does it sound practical? Let me know your thoughts please.

Calm down guy, I invested $100 in that too and lost it
we all go through it man
and right now im just asking for the opinion of people. I did not say to join anything. As of right now I don't think that there is a site that is like that besides randomizers or something and take forever to payout.
But if you have a good idea I think you should open a site that isn't a scam. A site that everybody makes a good amount of money with :)

Doesn't sound like you have had the best of luck with your programs. That doesn't make me want to join. When someone is "promising" to give you 10 dollars if you give them 1 there generally is a catch. Someone will make money alright, but it isn't all the people who fall for these things and give away there money.

I guess I simply just should have explained my thoughts better in what I was trying to explain
