help me with my routine

Before having kids, i used to be very lazy person. I used to get up late in morning and go to bed early at night. I could sleep at any time of day. After having kids, I had to spend many nights sleepless. Now, i am not able to sleep properly at night. Taking care of kids I donot get a nap in afternoon, though i feel lazy. But at night, i keep walking here and there disturbing whole family. My main concern is getting up late in morning due to which all household chores and works get delayed. I need a magical tip to set up my routine- wake up early and go to bed early.
Please help!!!!

You need to reset your body's internal clock and that has to start with making sure that you get up early in the morning and not late. Use an alarm clock to make sure that you wake up and make yourself get up. By getting up early your body will be sleepy earlier. Also stay away from caffine and sugar in the evenings. They will keep you awake.

Yeah, my hubby never let me take coffee or tea in evening coz he loves his undisturbed sleep. But i m so lazy that i turn off the alarm every morning and go back to sleep. I am really impossible.

I do have a problem getting to bed early as well! But think if you get up early in the morning it will be easier to go sleep early at night especially when you are exhausted from your day to day house chores. And try to avoid caffeine because that can cause you a sleepless night.
