I want to look into some investing opportunities, so basically i would love to hear your views on investments you have done that have worked well for you so i could take a look into them. It would be great if i had as many responses to this as possible and would be very gratefull for it.

I've made all my money in foreclosures. I was able to take early retirement from major telecommunications company at age 36, almost 2 years ago. foreclosures up here in northeast rising, unfortunately. we pick up houses for under $2000 every week.

Now a days it's time to invest your money in newly entered EU state Romania.
Oradea is a border town between Hungary and Romaia. It is famous for hot springs and tourism is the main industry here.
Now a days it's becomming an ideal place for students as well. students from all over Europe are comming here to study. My brother told me about this and I boght a home there. Now students have rented it and I am getting good rent. Price of property is also rising and I have plans to sell it after some years and buy property some where else. I am really happy with it. If you are interested to buy a cheap property in Oradea, Romania do contact me. May be I can guide you well and help you in this regard.
Never invest in FOREX or STOCK EXCHANGE as I suffered great losses their before buying property. Now I am happy and relaxed, don't have to work and just wait for rent to come and spend. The currency has also changed and all rent comes in EUROS.
