So do any of you mylotters use either Triond or Helium? I am thinking of using them but want to know if they are genuine sites or not! Thanks :-)

I've used Helium, and I don't like the opacity of their payment system. Cash per hit seems to have gone downhill in the last 12 months. Still writing on there at the moment because I intend milking them for everything I can get from their summer rewardathon, and at $2.00/pop at my rank, I'll write about anything. Yep, they've paid me before.
Never tried Triond. Something in their T&C put me off, but I can't remember what.
I'd take Associated Content over either any day.

Yep, associatedcontent.com. They pay a flat rate of $1.50/1000 hits, and if you're in the US, offer upfront payments of anything from $3-20 for content. They also offer Calls for Content for similar amounts, and I've had work requested by them which paid $20.
Helium pays you once a month, if you've earned more than $25. AC pays you monthly if you have over $1.50, and make extra payments if they pay anything upfront. Payments process in about 3 days, tops, and you can get several a month.
Put it this way: I've been on Helium for about a year. I've written just over 100 articles with them, and rewardathon aside (Don't get the cash till October), I've earned about $30.
In eight months with AC, I've written maybe 30 articles, and earned around $50. They owe me about another $10 which should come through next week, too.

I have just started associated content and have 2 articles published for a total of 7.39 in barely a week.

Both are genuine and legit. I've been paid by both of them. Though Helium I would like to see the min. payout a little bit lower like $15, it will pay and it takes time. Sometimes you can have a good hit with and sometimes it's a miss. There's a reward-a-thon and it will pay you depending on how many stars you have (Need 1 writing and 3 rating though is the catch) and will base off the value. I think you get paid for that Oct. 1st depending upon how you do on it.

No problem. I'm apart of both as I said. They're both good and will give you experience in time and you can improve overtime. I've learned that though actually I didn't start with those sites but that's all right. I'm glad I found them because it means more experience and could lead to something greater in time.
