Tips for working out ?

Hi all Do you perhaps know any tips for working out ? Since I don't have any weights, do you maybe know some excercises that can still help me gain muscles ? Need excercises for all muscle groups ^^ Ranging from legs to shoulders :D Ty

Eat a lot of carbohydrates and more fruits... then go to gym

I am sure if you did an internet search you could find a great bunch of exercises to do in the comfort of your own home without having to go out and buy any weights. I can think of a few really good exercises off the top of my head right now though. Push ups are GREAT for your arms, shoulders, and back! If you can't do full on push-ups the modified ones work just as well (your knees are on the ground). Squats are great for your thighs and butt, along with walking lunges. Also, I'm not sure what they're called, I call them toe raises, but standing tall and then raising onto the balls of your feet work out your calves really well! So definitely do some browsing online and get started with those exercises in the mean time. :o) Good luck!
