Tips for drinking water

A steady dose of 8 glasses of water a day will increase your mental and physical performance, remove waste products from your body. it is hard to remember to drink enough water every day. i'd like to share a few easy tips to help you reach your water mark every day: 1.donot wait until you are thirsty to have a drink-you are already dehydrated if you feel thirsty. 2.set a timer to remind yourself to establish a habit of drinking water and keep a bottle of water with you at all time.
how much water do you drink every? how do you remind yourself to drink water?

i've never thought of setting a timer to remind myself to drink.
i always carry with me a big bottle of water around my house and will make sure i drink it all by the end of the day.

I like green ten and I always drink more than 8 glasses of water every day. I did nothing to count how much water I have drinked.

Its is not that hard to drink water, i believe its better to carry water bottle along with you and have little sips every now and then and thats makes more or less 8 glasses. To drink a cup of glass in one go is not very good and you will fill your stomach by that and you wont get much energy.I belive thats the best idea.
