Confidence

This is an interesting statement actually. Someone who has all the answers or THINKS that they do is not necessarily confident and may actually be hiding their lack of confidence by pretending to know everything. A person such as this would NOT necessarily have the confidence to ask questions becasue this would also mean that they are admitting that they do NOT actually know all there is to know! lol (A bit of a mouthful!) Yet someone who DOES have confidence would certainly have no issues in admitting they don't know something and would therefore be comfortable in asking questions. So based on the above I would have to agree with your statement!
