This weekend was sort of bitter sweet for me after learning of the passing of Bernie Mac, one of the most funniest, talented comedians ever to grace the stage. I loved Bernie Mac because he was just so funny and he had such a wonderful smile. And yesterday, I learned that Isaac Hayes, an absolute legend, passed away. I was like wow. They say that death comes in 3's so I'm afraid of who is going to pass next.
Death is one thing that is surely guarenteed in life and to hear of people passing away is sad but still, when I hear that a certain person has left this world I feel an extra sadness. I pray that their souls are at peace!

I am saddened also to learn of the demise of Bernie Mac. I do agree that he was a funny comedian. He was young and his life unfortunately was cut short I believe because of illness.
One thing I can say about people like this of our time who were very talented and funny people is that their legacy will continue on and they will always be appreciated for what they have achieved in life. These celebrities have made us happy and laugh. And I do pray that their souls are at peace.

i agree that's it's been very sad finding out about bernie mac and issac hayes. it's still hard for me to believe. a part of me doesn't even want to believe it. as you said, i also hope their souls are at peace and will miss them immensely.
