What a great story this is!!! Gongadulations to Chloe Marshall for finishing as the Runner-Up in the Miss England beauty pageant! Chloe, who is a size 16, is the first "plus-size" young woman to be a finalist in a beauty pageant! May this be the first of many such occurrences as the world comes to see that a woman's beauty has nothing to do with the dress size she wears!
