Do you still work even when you're on sick leave from the office?

My gosh~ That's is just such a torture! No way will I do that. Lol, if I am sick leave, I would just go on sick leave and stay home and rest! Especially when you are having heavy bleeding! How could you work like that? My gosh! There are more important things to life than just working. Even if work is piling up, you should not had done that! Life is still more precious than anything else! Do you understand that? I'm sorry for the rantings, but it is just that from where I come from, If you are on sick leave, and you go back to work, that's criminal and if anything were to happen to you on your sick leave, your company could have gotten into lots of trouble! Sigh~ I really hope that the next time you are in such dire situation, please please just rest at home! I don't wish to see anything happen to a fellow Mylotter. Take care!

I've logged in work from home on more than one occasion because i've been to bad to go in but stuff was urgent yeh they used to do that to me all the time for everything every 2 minutes my phone would go but then i got strong tablets that knocked me out and i didn't even hear the phone they were fantastic after that they never did it again. I had to come of those tablets as they were reacting badly with my stomache but i never mentioned it i think they just assumed i was still on them and so wouldn't be able to answer the phone anyways lol Just stay in bed next time and explain that your sick because you can't work and if they don't let you rest now it might prolong your time off, they'll soon leave you alone hope you feel better

Hi Alena, I am off sick myself at the moment and other than me phoning in to find out what time I needed to be somewhere on Friday, social event not work, I have not made or received any calls. If you are off sick you should be allowed to rest and be sick not to be disturbed with calls like this. Hope you are feeling better now. Ellie :D
