Does anybody know of a site that offers online jobs? (no clicking ads and stuff)

Hi everyone does anybody know of a site that will offer me an online job instead of that foolish clicking ads and doing surveys? I believe nobody is paid in this world without indulging in hard work. I am ready to work hard to be paid. I am looking for online jobs like programming, data entry, website design etc. I dont want to earn money by clicking ads and doing surveys. I am sick and tired of that. So people dont tell me about those sites pls. However if anybody knows of a genuine website that offers online jobs pls let me know. And I think a lot of people are also tired of that 'ad clicking stuff' as I am now. So pls if anyone of you know about a good website that offers online jobs, pls let me know.
