Well, it's not going to be a substantial income that can buy a family a meal each day, but it should just be considered a bonus for socializing. Maybe you should try more responding? I make a lot more by doing that rather than starting discussions, plus you don't really have to strain yourself to try and think of discussions as well. When you get to 100 it tends to get easier, since you will have a star rating, and it seems whenever your star gets higher, so do your earnings as well. Do you have any friends? Your profile doesn't show any. If you have no friends, then you probably didn't get any or many responses to your discussions. If you got none or few responses to your discussions, you don't earn much. Add a bunch of friends and a lot of varied interests too, and respond to the discussions of others. I guarantee your earnings will grow very nicely. I've written at length about all this and I'm sure you will find the information helpful. It can be found on my profile.

It always help for quality discussions. Another thing that really helps is to respond to your responses. You said that you started about ten discussions. Did you respond back to all of your responses on them? Did all of your discussions get responses? I have noticed that if you respond to your responses that you get when starting a discussion your earnings will go up. I have started to do this and my earnings have went up. I was only responding to a couple of the responses, now I try to respond to every single one. Try to never write one line answers or responses. Although sometimes this is hard to write a long answer depending on what the person said or asked in the discussion it helps a lot to write more.

you need to write more quality posts and discussions if you open 10 discussions just to open u cant get good money there you need to open original discussions and write descriptive and lengthy post just try to do it like i said i m sure u will earn something that you ll be happy anyway i m also not happy sometimes from what i earn but sometimes mylot is confusing little bit when you expect something so much next day you get upset however when you dont expect much you earn really high sometimes and you get surprised

I have only respond to about 16 disccusions and i got 0.33cents. I think its just fair. I have quite enjoyed my time here and get paid at. Just dont think much of the earnings and respond more to the discussion that you started. It would just disappoint you when you expect a lot. Just enjoy your time here and the money is just bonus. ;)

Yes, you are very correct! We should not do this only for money! Our own web-composer qualities must be of first priority, irrespective of any website and its payout policies. first of all did you received answer for all the discussion that you started? i see your post count at this moment is 8. i guss when the post copunt is 8, its good here in mylot to earn 32 cets. 1 dollar is more than usual. also you are not compelle dto spend time here.

Good day... Honestly if you focus on the earnings you get a little bit disappointed this early. Mylot doesn't pay that much as most of us want to but it does pay and more than the payment it also makes us to communicate and learn, I think that's more important than the earnings. Just my 1 cent.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed about your earnings. But I suggest don't be cause this is just your first time here and you're just not familiar with how things go here. You see our earnings here are based on our participation. The more you paticipate the more you earn. Participation includes starting a discussion, responding to discussions and uploading pictures. If you do this 3 often everyday your earnings will increase I assure you. Mylot is a not an "easy get rich site". Yes its true they do pay quite small but of course we can't expect them to pay us big for its just free to sign. Its also not that hard doing discussions here. You're just like talking to your friends unlike other blogging site that needs your post to be reviewed first before they pay you and it do takes a while to get posted and so are your earnings. i know cause I'm a member of other blogging sites too. Maybe you should try to enjoy mylot first and not think so much about your earnings. I was just like you when I first joined. But I've made it first far, enjoying mylot. Ciao!

Hello Traqqer, First welcome to Mylot you have only joined so the first thing you do is after writting a discussion is to add friend to your friends list, the more friends you have the respose you get and thats when you start earning good, at moment I see that you have one on your friends list so go and get some friends and don't think about the money you will have great friends and lots of laughter and that is why I love Mylot and will never leave it. Remember the friends your have the respose you get and you can respond to their discussion and you get paid both ways so keep posting. Tamara

Hi Every thing needs time to take off.I think you should not give too much thinking of making money.I am couple of days old at MyLot but only made 27c so far.The writing can be very tedious if the aim is to make maoney only.You should enjoy what you are doing otherwise you will lose interest and just concentrate on making money.

i definately here you there. the way the economy is going right now some of us do need the extra money. if you dont want the extra money thats what my space is for but i will tell you there is some interesting stuff on mylot. yeah i just strarted this yesturday and i am hopeing on makeing a 100 or a little more a month. lol!!!! maybe i should find something else huh!!!

Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your earnings. I also feel that since the weekend they have dropped some. I do have another site that I am on that I could send you the link to that is like this site but you see your earnings with each post that you make and you usually make 2 cents per post. Send a friend request if interested and I will send you the link.

Don't be too quick to judge the site yet. You are still new here and there's lots of ways to maximize your earnings by making sure you post quality responses and discussions. Remember, the more you post in each individual post, the more you will earn. Also, it helps to remember that the main focus here is to use Mylot as a social network and not just as a way to make money. When you do this, you will probably enjoy it more here and come here more often and, in turn, make more money in the long run. It is certainly possible to earn more than thirty cents in one day.
