I am willing to call me as a strong girl, because i wish i were, and i am always trying to be a strong girl. I work hard and do my best. Now, you may know, i want to succeed in my carrer. i am so eager to be perfect that i am always auxious on everything i do. i am always worried about i am not quilified for my job, I am not a good trainer of our new employees, i am not the staff my leader likes best. I don't think i am short of confidence, but in some field, i am, just like my english skills. I know the best way to get confidence is improve myself especially on my weakness. ... i would continue to be despirate and enjoy my wonderful life!!!

srainow, relax. For some the best way to gaining confidence is improving weaknesses.
But for many others, by simply focusing on your good qualities and strengths every day, seems to be the confidence booster.
Be yourself and make sure the people you have around you are positive people. Positive people seem to never have a problem in handing out a compliment when the situation arises.
Personally, I always thought perfection was overrated. It is through our flaws and weaknesses that round us out as humans. Giving us great beauty and a nice life.
By the way, your English is good enough. Better than some native to the language that I deal with. :D

Honey, you are so sweet, your words really raise me up. i am at the begining of my career, i have made some good result, but i am still a new person and facing many problems and mading mistakes, i know it is just a phase that every body needs to face. But I will not lose my passion, i will not lose my power during this period. With your encouragement, I would go further. Again, thanks for your words, i really appreciate it. Nice day!

Dear friend, just relax.....yes R E L A X ...take a deep breath and just feel that you are the best. Don't too anxious ...just take one target at one time. Don't engage yourself on multiple tasks. Finish one task and then evalute impartially. This will help you. The main point is that you shouldn't be anxious over any issues.
