What if we skip breakfast? Does it spoil our health. Actually because of my husband's office timings we always wake up late in the mornings and we cant have our breakfast like we have our breakfast in the afternoon 12 and we dont have lunch. But we cant wake up early because he comes late night by 12 or 1am so. I think bcoz of this I have noticed my tummy is growin. Can anybody advice how to reduce my tummy.

I dont think you should worry too much. The way I see it's simple: you get up late, but you also go to bed late, so it's not like your day's shorter... So you should just carry on with a normal living within your times. Have breakfast when you wake up; 4 hours later have lunch; eat something light in the afternoon and theN have a normal dinner in the night.

It does affect your health. The less you eat, the lazier your metabolism becomes, meaning that it will burn less energy than what it'll consume. You should always try to have at least 4 meals a day. That way, you'll regulate your metabolism. It's scientifically proved that people who eat regularly (not skipping any meal), tend to eat less, and healthier.

Don't skip your breakfast.Cos,you are giving strain to your brain all over the day if you hadn't taken your breakfast.i think starving is not a good idea to reduce tummy,i don't know more about it,and have no authority on it.If you feel so Its better to skip your Lunch or Dinner,in my opinion.
Thanks.
